The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, even if it were the size of the nest which a sand grouse (a small bird) builds for its eggs, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.”
The Australian Islamic House (AIH) in Liverpool is in desperate need for AU$250,000 (Till the end of Ramadan 2009) to continue building the Masjid in Liverpool without any interruptions. This is a quick update about the masjid. So far, we have finished the brick work for the ground floor and we are now in the process of preparing the first floor to establish the concrete first floor. The work for this concrete first floor will cost over AU$400,000.
The size of the Masjid’s land is approximately 7 acres which equals to nearly 30,000 m². We will provide you with the current photos/videos in the next update, Insha’Allah.
